- Step out with your left and have left Mahanmi no Kekoashi (back stance, side viewing cat stance). Your left heel should be off the ground slightly. Perform left Tettsui Otoshiuke (hammer fist downward block).
- Step forward with your right hand and perform right Junzuki.
- Turn to the right 180 degrees and perform right Gedanbarai Junzukidachi (down block).
- Draw your right foot a half step back and perform Tettsui Otoshiuke (hammer fist downward block). Your right foot should be flat on the floor.
- Step forward with your left and perform a single Junzuki punch.
- Turn 90 degrees to the left and perform left Gedanbarai Junzukidachi (down block).
- Take one step forward and perform a right Jodanuke (upward block).
- Take another step forward and perform a left Jodanuke (upward block).
- Take a step forward and perform another right Jodanuke (upward block).
- Turn to the left 225 degrees and perform a left Gedanbarai Junzukidachi (down block).
- Step forward with your right hand and perform right Junzuki.
- Turn to the right 90 degrees and perform a right Gedanbarai Junzukidachi (down block).
- Step forward with your left and perform a single Junzuki punch.
- Turn to the left 45 degrees and perform a left Gedanbarai Junzukidachi (down block).
- Step forward with your right hand and perform right Junzuki.
- Step forward with your left and perform a single Junzuki punch.
- Step forward with your right hand and perform another right Junzuki.
- Turn to the left 225 degrees (pivot on your right foot) and have Mashomen no Nekoashi (front viewing cat stance). Have your left hand on your right to prepare Nukite (spear-hand thrust).
- Step forward with your left and perform Nukite (spear-hand thrust) while finishing with Shikoashi stance.
- Step forward with your right (right hand on top), getting into Nekoashi stance briefly.
- Perform right Nukite (spear-hand thrust) by twisting your body into Shikoashi stance.
- Turn to the right 90 degrees on your left foot, getting into Nekoashi stance briefly (right hand on top).
- Perform right Nukite (spear-hand thrust) by twisting your body into Shikoashi stance.
- Step forward with your left (left hand on top), getting into Nekoashi stance briefly.
- Perform left Nukite (spear-hand thrust) by twisting your body into Shikoashi stance.
- Yame (Draw your right foot back to ready stance).
